Light Medium Duty Casters (VersaTrac® 27 Series)

The VersaTrac 27® Series casters provide solutions to a wide range of institutional and industrial applications. This caster is available in multiple styles and sizes. The VersaTrac 27® Series is offered in numerous top plates and stem choices and is available with multiple wheel combinations. This is a very durable caster that includes extra thick material in the top plate, yoke and raceways. These casters are used extensively in general industry, food service and food processing equipment, medical equipment, laboratory, residential, hotel, industrial and manufacturing applications. The VersaTrac 27® is heat treated for extended service life and comes standard with a metal dust shield. This series provides the ultimate in value at very competitive prices.

Medium Duty Casters (45 Series)

The 45 Series is an economical version of our 46 Series.
Typical applications include: dollies, shop carts, scrap bins
and floor trucks. Total lock capability on all sizes. Five brake

Medium Heavy Duty Casters (46 Series)

The 46 Series Casters are heat treated and recommended in medium to medium heavy duty applications. These are the mainstay in industrial caster applications.

Swivel Section Cold formed top plate, yoke and button are all heat treated to prevent brinelling, improve swivel action and increase service life.
Load and thrust bearings are hardened and ground and rotate on hardened raceways. Top plate and legs are 1/4” steel, legs
formed for increased strength and continuously welded to yoke. All swivel sections are equipped with a lubrication fitting for
field maintenance. RWM lubricates all swivel sections prior to shipment. Notched yokes are standard.
Kingpin 5/8” diameter rivet hydraulically compressed to increase strength of swivel section as compared to staking
Axle 1/2” diameter drilled axle with lubrication fitting provided on all casters to improve ease of lubrication

Heavy Duty Maintenance Free Casters (48 Series)

RWM’s exclusive 48 Series swivel section is sealed for life, making it completely maintenance free. It is capable of all radial and thrust loads and offers ultra quiet operation. This ergonomic caster is designed for ease of movement and noise reduction and is the perfect solution for almost any caster application including dollies, waste disposal trucks, warehouse trucks, floor trucks and shop carts.

RWM patented this design that has proven itself to be the best solution for demanding applications and is simply unmatched in extending service life and reducing all possible causes for caster failure. The 65 Series is recommended for a wide range of industrial applications.

Raceway Design Patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C. minimum. Swivel section features a 2-3/8” diameter raceway with 3/8” ball bearings.
Swivel Section All swivel sections are supplied with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance.

Heavy Duty Kingpinless™ Casters (75 Series)

RWM’s 75 Series caster features the patented Kingpinless™ design. The 75 Series is recommended for the most demanding applications and is available with up to 3” wheels for higher capacity applications. All swivel sections are supplied with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance. The 75 series is case hardened to provide long service. It will not crack like through hardened or induction hardened construction provided by other caster manufacturers.

Heavy Duty Kingpinless™ Casters (125 Series)

RWM’s 125 Series features the patented Kingpinless™ design that RWM patented, and has proven to be the best solution for demanding applications. This is the caster design that all others are now copying because it is simply unmatched in extending service life, reducing all possible causes for caster failure. The 125 Series offers capacity up to 40,000 pounds. Typical applications include
ground support equipment, die carts, and aircraft engine stands. Leg thickness of 1/2” adds extra strength and durability. All swivel sections are supplied with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance.

Wheels Wheels are either 3", 4", 5" or 6" wide depending upon wheel size and type. Wheels have either a 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" roller bearing or 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" tapered wheel bearings. Roller bearing wheels rotate on a hardened and ground spanner, tapered wheel bearings rotate on the axle. All wheels are equipped with lubrication fittings.
