6" x 2" Polyolefin Wheel

This 6” x 2” Polyolefin wheel is formed from a solid piece of industrial plastic, injection molded from a blend of thermoplastic polymers. Polyolefins are rather hard wheels and ideally appropriate to wet and corrosive applications, immune to water and exceedingly resistant to most organic solvents, oil, grease, chemicals, acids and cleaning solutions. Compared to various other hard wheels, such as iron and phenolic, they have a confined weight capacity and temperature range. They are not  recommended for very cold environments like refrigerated storage rooms, since polyolefin tends to become breakable at low temperatures.
